Glow — Design Talks

Paula Pozza was invited to speak at Glow in November 2025.

Glow is a community for women entrepreneurs, built around connection, support, and sharing real experiences behind the work.

The talk focused on the creative journey. The ups, the doubts, the moments that don’t usually get shared, and everything that happens behind running a studio.

More than anything, it was about opening up that conversation and hopefully inspiring others navigating similar paths.

A different kind of stage, and a different kind of energy.
